Megan Amos, LMHC
Megan is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Iowa. She has experience working with individuals and couples to address a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns. Special interests includes the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, relationship issues and family conflict, life transitions, grief and loss, stress management, self-esteem, and women’s health issues including pregnancy and infant loss, adjustment to motherhood, and the treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders
Megan provides therapy to adults, employing a variety of techniques to guide you through the process of creating meaningful, sustainable change. With focus on a trusting, supportive, and engaging therapeutic relationship, Megan uses an integrative, person-centered, strengths-based and solution-focused approach.
Megan has completed extensive training through both The Postpartum Stress Center and Postpartum Support International (PSI) for the treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. She also has training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Mindfulness.
Megan is a member of Postpartum Support International (PSI), the American Mental Health Counselors Association and the Iowa Mental Health Counselors Association.

Ashlee Weber, LMHC
Ashlee Weber is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Iowa. She has experience working with individuals, couples, and families with a wide variety of emotional and behavioral struggles, including anxiety, depression, anger, relationship and life transitions. Her special interests include working with parents experiencing the beautiful but sometimes stressful stages of parenthood, especially during the postpartum period. Additionally, Ashlee has experience working with soldiers, veterans and military families.
Ashlee has been working within the psychology field for over 14 years. Ashlee has specialized training through Postpartum Support International (PSI) for the treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Her overall style of therapy is eclectic, meaning she enjoys mixing a variety of techniques. Even so, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and client-centered therapy are among her favorite styles. Ashlee believes the therapeutic alliance between therapist and client is of extreme importance, so she strongly focuses on building the therapeutic connection throughout the therapy process.
Ashlee has been a PSI volunteer for over 5 years, providing families with support and referrals. She also has previous experience working with mothers through a perinatal mood and anxiety support group.
